Of course, 50cc mopeds are not going to suit everyone, no they will not zip you around the city if like me, you are quite a large individual. If however, you are of average build, they will convey you very well for many short distance journeys. In Europe and Asia, you see these best mpg scooters everywhere, ridden by people of all ages, from every background possible - they realise with their (in Europe) high gas prices, that this is indeed a highly economical way of getting around, especially in the town or city.
