The scooter is also a lot more fun to operate than a car. They have pretty quick pick-up speed and are a breeze in traffic. If you are running late; no worries, just jump on the 50cc scooter, turn the key and go. Scoot out onto the street and hold on. Another point that should be made is the price: the scooters and mopeds can be purchased new, starting just below 500 dollars, a new car will cost you 15,000 dollars plus, if you are lucky.
